Frequently, providing a confirmed hotel reservation is enough for a tourist visa to come to Russia. The exact list of required documents needs to be clarified with the relevant Consulate, since it is updated periodically.
However, in some cases you may need an official invitation and confirmation from the host party in Russia (item # 13 on visa application form "Name of host organization you intend to visit").

Form of delivery: by email (for most Consulates, the scanned version is sufficient) or by regular mail (if necessary, by express mail such as DHL, UPS, etc.).
In this case, the package of documents for obtaining a tourist visa to Russia will include:
| 1. An invitation (also called a "voucher") | The invitation should include personal information about the foreign guest, as well as all of the information about the host organization: the number of its consular accreditation, and the travel agency’s registration number and certificate number. |

| 3. Detailed program | In cases where the planned duration of your stay in Russia exceeds 13 days, the Consulate that a detailed program covering the length of the stay be provided. We also provide this document and attach it to the invitation. |

Once again, we note as a reminder that these documents can be provided by a hotel of your choosing, but not every Russian hotel has a license to issue invitations.
The maximum duration for tourist visas to Russia is 30 days; they can be either single- or double-entry (meaning you can enter the country on them either once or twice).

To acquire a business visa (for meetings, negotiations, speeches, etc.) the Consulate will ask for an Invitation issued by a host organization possessing the proper legal status to issue one. Our agency is registered in the national travel agency register.
